4. Chase Anderson-Milwaukee Brewers

Anderson took his first loss of the season in his last start when he was on my fantasy baseball streaming pitchers list.  In that outing, he allowed four runs on a whopping 11 hits in just five innings in a rain-shortened loss to the Minnesota Twins.

In his two previous starts, Anderson had allowed a total of no earned runs in 11 innings and picked up a win over Houston in his first start of the season.  He will look to bounce back after that rough outing which raised his ERA to 2.25 and his WHIP to a un-inspiring 1.31.

Tonight, though, Anderson deserves another look since he should be able to get back in the groove as he faces the Phillies.  Philadelphia’s offense ranked last in the league in runs scored coming into play last night, and as a team they were batting just .214.  Anderson should be able to delver a strong outing at home and should have a good chance for a “W” tonight as he faces Charlie Morton.
