1. Jerad Eickhoff-Philadelphia Phillies

Eickhoff has been excellent in his first full season in Phily after coming over in the Cole Hamels deal last season.  Like Conley, Eickhoff is a young, love arm and brings lots of strikeout potential, but he has been better in the other pitching categories so far this season.

Eickhoff’s ownership percentage is on the rise and is up to 38% coming into today’s start.  He took a tough loss on Monday despite allowing two runs on five hits in seven innings and striking out nine. He has nine strikeouts in each of his last two starts and has a total of 21 punch outs in his 19 innings.

He comes into today’s start just 1-2 since the Phillies are giving him little in the way of run support, but he is in a good matchup today as he faces the Brewers and 0-3 Wily Peralta who comes in with a bulky 8.35 ERA.  Eickhoff is a great option from my fantasy baseball streaming pitchers if you’re looking for a high strikeout rate and a good shot at a win.
