High Salary SF

Kevin Durant-Oklahoma City Thunder (10,000): Durant had a slow Game 4 before being ejected in the closing seconds of the Thunder’s road win.  He scored 19 points to go with four rebounds and four assists for 34.0 fantasy points.  He actually hasn’t reached 50 fantasy points in any of the four games in this series which could mean A-he’s due to go off or B-it’s a bad matchup.  Durant is an expensive investment at 10K, but he obviously has the potential to go off if he can show more of the form he showed in Game 3 when he dropped 34 points in 37 minutes in OKC’s rout in the pivotal Game 3. He has the potential to dominate and carry your team any night, but he has yet to go off in the series.

Luol Deng-Miami Heat (6,400): Even in the Heat’s Game 3 loss, Deng had good numbers once again finishing with 19 points and eight rebounds for 32.5 fantasy points. He has at least that many fantasy points in each of the three games again the Hornets although he hasn’t returned to his Game 1 form which saw his score 31 points and 44.75 fantasy points. The potential for that kind of outburst is definitely there, and Deng is fairly low-risk given his current share of the playing time for the Heat. ∗∗
