19. player. 16.
The Bills really need a pass rusher.

Buffalo probably “needs” a lot of things along the front seven, and that seems crazy considering where they organization was just a year ago. Rex Ryan presided over a group that took an inexplicable step back in 2015, and while Mario Williams was part of that regression, Buffalo has not done much to replace him on the opposite side of Jerry Hughes.

In Floyd, the Bills would not be getting a traditional pass-rush defensive end, but they would be acquiring an immense talent. It is unlikely that the former Georgia Bulldog will even be available here, as whispers of his draft stock soaring percolate through the process. However, Ryan and his staff could certainly utilize his considerable talent, and Floyd was once seen as a consensus top-five pick before a sub-par final season in Athens.

Defensive tackle is also a spot where the Bills could invest, but with a group as deep as the 2016 class, the Bills can probably afford to wait. When it comes to pass rushers, it is much more shallow, and even if Floyd is off the board, Noah Spence or Kevin Dodd should be in stark consideration here.
. OLB/DE. Georgia. Leonard Floyd
