35.
Myles Garrett probably would have been a top-five pick in the 2016 NFL Draft… if he was given the opportunity to enter the proceedings. As such, Garrett is forced by league rules to come back for another college season in 2016, and he is such a monster that it seems far-fetched to think that Garrett would not be a top pick in the 2017 class.

In fact, Garrett is the best overall prospect in the entire class, and he only slips because, well, quarterbacks rule the day. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound pass rusher has been thoroughly dominant in his two years with the Aggies, including a 2015 season that included 12.5 sacks and 19.5 tackles for loss despite a steady stream of double and triple teams.

We have seen defensive ends with perfect measurables fly off the board this early in the recent past, and Garrett has been getting compared to some NFL greats since the moment he arrived on campus in College Station. In terms of “safety”, it would be hard to pick another prospect in this class more immune to dropping stock when it comes to the draft process, and the Titans (who already have their quarterback) would be getting a huge win in adding the top overall defensive player in the 2017 class.
.
