AFC East

Buffalo Bills

E.J. Manuel, QB (Option Declined) – The 16th pick in the 2013 Draft has generally been panned as one of the worst picks of that year. It can be argued that he was thrown into a no win situation with the team at the time they were a dumpster fire, but his time in Western New York seems to be up.

Miami Dolphins

Dion Jordan, DE (Option Declined) – It was pretty easy for Miami to make the call to cut the biggest bust in this draft class, seeing as he is currently suspended for a variety of drug and other substance abuse issues which make him ineligible for the option.

New England Patriots

No first round pick in 2013 NFL Draft

New York Jets

Dee Millner, CB (No Decision) and Sheldon Richardson, DT (Option Accepted)  – All points seem to be leaning toward Gang Green parting ways with a defender in Milner who has played in just 21 games over the last 11 seasons, but you never know what is going to happen with owner Woody Johnson and a team that seems committed to defense. As for Richardson, the Jets would have been the dumbest team in the NFL if they hadn’t taken the $8 million option on a player who was Rookie of the Year and already as a Pro Bowl and All-Pro selection on his resume.
