NFC East

Dallas Cowboys

Travis Frederick, C (Option Accepted) – When you have someone as the leader of the offensive line who is a two time Pro Bowler and All-Pro selection in just three years in the NFL, you pay him whatever it takes to keep him on your team. He has developed a trust with quarterback Tony Romo that is hard to find between young offensive lineman and veteran quarterbacks.

New York Giants

Justin Pugh, OL (Option Accepted) – After moving from tackle to guard for the 2015 season, Pugh flourished and kept his spot in the Big Apple (well, New Jersey) for at least two more years with some stellar play. When healthy, Pugh did show talent at the tackle position and can move back there when needed, making him a very valuable piece for a team looking to bounce back.

Philadelphia Eagles

Lane Johnson, OT (New Contract) – There is one simple way to solve the issue about whether to pick up the fifth year option on the fourth overall pick…sign him to a five year, $63 million extension that goes through the 2021 season.

Washington Redskins
