1. Minnesota Timberwolves (No. 5)

It could be argued that the Minnesota Timberwolves are the most intriguing young team in the entire NBA. Former Bulls’ head coach Tom Thibodeau took the T-Wolves’ job this offseason and he looks to have one of the most impressive young rosters out there.

Last year’s top pick, Karl-Anthony Towns, was named the NBA Rookie of the Year and leads the way as one of the most dominant young big men out there.

Andrew Wiggins was the top pick the year before by the Cleveland Cavaliers and was traded to the Timberwolves for Kevin Love, basically, and he is one of the budding stars of the league. He will likely be one of the league’s best scorers before it’s all said and done.

Gorgui Dieng, Tyus Jones, Zach LaVine, Shabazz Muhammad and Ricky Rubio highlight the other young talents on the team as well.

So what should they do with their No. 5 pick?

I know it might be intriguing to spend that pick on one of the top available players, but Minnesota could also use it to trade back a few spots and add another pick or two in the 2016 NBA Draft.

Currently, they only have that one selection, so if the Timberwolves can move back into the teens and add maybe a second-rounder or a first-rounder next year, that would ensure an even brighter future.
