Following a fairly sluggish start to the game, the Cleveland Cavaliers have officially turned it on. They outscored the Toronto Raptors 16-2 over the first half of the second quarter, with LeBron James (who else?) leading the charge.

The home team quickly built a 49-30 lead ahead of the 6-minute mark of the period, with the most impressive play being this ridiculously powerful one-handed throwdown from James after driving right past DeMarre Carroll on the baseline (via @NBA):

Carroll is a quality defender, but he had zero chance at stopping LeBron here. Shockingly, his little push at the end didn’t keep James from finishing with authority because LeBron James is a mutant basketball playing cyborg.
