93.
This will be an incredibly difficult choice for Philadelphia’s new front office. Duke’s Brandon Ingram is likely a better fit with the Sixers’ current roster, which already includes a number of talented big men — namely Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor — and will likely add Dario Saric and Joel Embiid this coming season. Ingram would slot in nicely as Philadelphia’s small forward of the future.

However, with the Sixers nowhere near ready to compete in the Eastern Conference and with the long-term viability of some of their front court players in question, Ben Simmons is the choice here. Simmons simply has a higher ceiling than Ingram, in my opinion, and his unique ability to be a primary ball-handler from the power forward spot will cause plenty of matchup nightmares for his future NBA opponents.

The Australia native will be more difficult to integrate into the Sixers’ current roster, but head coach Brett Brown should be up to the task and associate head coach Mike D’Antoni will have a blast figuring out how to take advantage of Simmons’ offensive strengths, especially in transition.

Simmons is excellent attacking the basket when he gets a head of steam and his court vision is impressive for a 6-10 power forward. The Sixers will have a great chance to fill out their roster to emphasize Simmons’ skills and hopefully get out of the cellar of the Eastern Conference sooner rather than later.

To read more about Ben Simmons, <a href=.
