Here are the NFL over/under betting odds released by Bovada of win totals for each team in the AFC East in the 2016 season.

With the 2016 NFL season less than four months away from kicking off, fans of the league are eagerly anticipating what the upcoming year will have in store. In the AFC East, that includes a possible changing of the guard at the top thanks to a off field ruling that never seems to go away.

The New England Patriots, who have won the last seven divisional titles, are set to be without quarterback Tom Brady for the first four games as part of his DeflateGate suspension. Brady is trying to get back on the field through appeals, so one wonders how the uncertainty will affect the Patriots’ odds of winning the AFC East again.

Bovada sports book released their NFL over/under win total for each team in the AFC East for the 2016 season, and here they are:

AFC East

New Enland Patriots – 10.5

Buffalo Bills – 8

New York Jets – 8

Miami Dolphins – 7

Best Bet

Even with a couple injuries recently that sidelined a young star on each side of the ball, the Buffalo Bills seem to be a team on the rise with Rex Ryan on the sideline. With both the Dolphins and Jets having uncertainty at multiple positions, Buffalo could be ready for a big season.

Worst Bet

If for only the uncertainty that surrounds the Brady situation, it’s hard to judge what the New England Patriots are going to be in the upcoming year. They could easily be a 13-3 team playing in the Super Bowl or a 9-7 club barely getting a Wild Card bid, so that’s why it is so difficult to judge.

The 2016 NFL season kicks off on Thursday, September 8 and will conclude with Super Bowl LI on Sunday, February 5, 2017 in Houston, Texas.
