7. Buffalo Bills

Much like the Minnesota Vikings who came in one spot before here, the Buffalo Bills finally got it right after years of being all wrong. The Bills however were really wrong, as for years they featured one of the ugliest uniforms in the NFL.

The red, white and blue of the only real New York team has always been featured, and in 1984 they made a drastic switch, going from the white helmet to a bright red. This wasn’t as nice as the white, but thankfully it wasn’t bad. The blue jersey was simple and the white pants worked, but then they made a dreadful change in 2002 when they put a giant stripe down the sides.

Also wrong about that jersey was their apparent attempt at stealing the Titans look by placing a solid stripe on the sleeves and over the name as well. It was just plain ugly.

Their most recent look is a return to the white helmet and a wise return to simplicity as well. The light blue jersey uses red and white stripes, numbering and outlines to make the names and numbers stand out. The stripe on the pants is a solid red one with just a touch of blue on either side, and they were also able to add their logo to the top of the stripe without making it look like too much.

Both Minnesota and Buffalo need to have their designers purged by the teams at the wrong side of this list.
