High Salary PG

Russell Westbrook-Oklahoma City Thunder (11,100): Westbrook still had a double-double even in defeat in Game 2 posting 16 points and 12 assists for 39.75 fantasy points in Game 2. He had a massive 67.5 fantasy points in Game 1, and as the series shifts to OKC he is a great option for Game 3. While passing on either of the top-line PG’s is tough, I’d go with Westbrook over Curry in Game 3 if forced to choose just one megastar PG..∗∗∗

Stephen Curry-Golden State Warriors (10,700): Curry dinged his elbow chasing a loose ball in Game 2, but he’ll have three days off before he plays Sunday, and he managed to play through the injury well in Game 2 carrying Golden State to a win with 28 points including a third-quarter outburst that put the game out of reach for the Thunder.  Curry didn’t have many non-scoring stats, though, so he totaled just 38 fantasy points. He doesn’t have quite the broad statistical production atet Westbrook offers, so I’d place him just behind Russ in my PG rankings for tonight’s competition. ∗∗

Kyrie Irving-Cleveland Cavaliers (8,300): Irving had his worst game of the Cavs’ playoff run on Saturday in Game 3 finishing with just 20.5 fantasy points on 13 points, four rebounds, an assist, and a steal.  Irving had posted at least 30 fantasy points in every game this playoffs before that letdown, and he and the Cavs should bounce back on Monday although winning in Toronto may not be as easy as the Cavs made it look when they routed the Raptors in Game 1 and Game 2.∗∗
