2. Washington Redskins

The Washington Redskins are so dysfunctional that they could be the subject of their own 2,000-word article. Actually, someone could write an entire multi-volume book about the Redskins dysfunction.

The most recent example of the team’s ineptitude is the Robert Griffin III debacle. After trading a ton of draft picks to acquire the quarterback in the 2012 draft, the team proceeded to transform a talented athlete with extreme potential into the laughing stock of the league. From mismanaging his knee injury in 2012 to leaving him in a preseason game with an ineffective offensive line last year, the Redskins couldn’t have handled the RGIII the situation more poorly.

Griffin has moved on to the Cleveland Browns, but there is little hope for improvement from the organization who brought the fan base Albert Haynesworth, the $100 million man, famous for his mid-game worm against the Philadelphia Eagles in 2010.

That particular game resulted in a 59-28 loss to their division rival and fueled the rage of Chad Dukes, a radio personality who went on an epic rant about his hometown team.

As long as Dan Snyder is the team’s owner, there is no hope for the team to return to its former glory and reestablish the winning tradition that was commonplace during the tenure of owner Jack Kent Cook and head coach Joe Gibbs.
