No. 2 – Cincinnati Bengals

If there is an ownership group that has shown it will be committed to a head coach longer than they probably should be, it is Mike Brown and his team in Cincinnati. Marvin Lewis still has a job with the team just by winning regular season games and losing his playoff openers.

If that happens again in 2016, the Cincinnati Bengals may finally look in a new direction. The team has almost everything Jimbo Fisher could ask for: stable leadership that will have his back to go along with players he can work with.

It all starts at the quarterback position with current signal caller Andy Dalton. He doesn’t have the legs that Fisher may like, but his arm and intelligence make up for it and would be everything that Fisher would ask for in his quarterback.

At the skill positions, Fisher knows plenty about running back Giovanni Benard and wide receiver A.J. Green. He tried to recruit both to play for the Seminoles during his time as an assistant before becoming the head coach. Add that to a defense that is full of young and aggressive talent and this could be the kind of team Fisher would enjoy being in charge of.
