Here is where you can watch Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals between the San Jose Sharks and the St. Louis Blues.

The St. Louis Blues promised a stronger performance in Game 4 and delivered it, defeated the San Jose Sharks 6-3 to tie the series. Troy Brouwer got the scoring started for the Blues with a first period power play goal, followed by Jori Lehtera to make it 2-0. In the second period, the Blues got two goals from Kyle Brodziak, including one shorthanded goal.

Though they ultimately failed to outplay their opponent, the Sharks put in a valiant effort. San Jose got their first goal from captain Joe Pavelski to make the score 4-1, and the Sharks would make it 5-2 after a goal from Chris Tierney. In the final period of play, Melker Karlsson made the final score 6-3—still a defeat, but not one that went without trying.

The St. Louis Blues are sticking with backup goalie Jake Allen in Game 5 after their success in Game 4, which is arguable the Blues’ best game of the postseason. Realistically, the switch from Brian Elliott to Allen is less of a show of lack of confidence in Elliott but a decision to not place all reliance and pressure on the former starter. Sharks goaltender Martin Jones was replaced by James Reimer during Game 4, and it has yet to be announced who will start in Game 5. Jones is the franchise’s first goaltender to post consecutive playoff shutouts, but he struggled in Game 4, allowing four goals on 19 shots.

The Western Conference Finals returns to St. Louis for Game 5 of the series between the St. Louis Blues and the San Jose Sharks. The game will be aired on NBC Sports Network at 8:00 PM ET, or you can stream the game live online with NBC Sports Live Extra.
