The Boston Celtics should seriously consider making these five trades this offseason.

Armed with a ton of cap space, a ridiculous amount of draft capital and a young and intriguing roster, the Boston Celtics are in a position to improve their roster more than any other team in the NBA this off season.

While they will certainly look to make a bang in free agency with Kevin Durant and Al Horford being two of many obvious targets for the team, the Celtics are one of the few teams in the league with the assets to acquire any player who is being made available by their current team.

In the upcoming 2016 NBA Draft, Danny Ainge and the Celtics hold an incredible eight total picks, including the third overall selection from the Brooklyn Nets. The Celtics also hold two other first-round picks (16th and 23rd overall) and two of the first five picks in the second-round.

They still also have a ton of future draft capital going forward, most notably a pick swap with the Nets in 2017 and holding the unprotected rights of the Nets’ pick in 2018. Along with a roster filled with interesting young talent, it is easy to see why the Celtics could be in the business of wheeling and dealing this off season.

With that in mind, what kind of moves could Ainge be looking at. The possibilities are seemingly endless, but we will trim it down.

Here are five trades that the Boston Celtics should make this off season.
