4. He is still LeBron James

There is an old saying in the NBA Playoffs, the team with the best player always has the chance to win.

Stephen Curry is the MVP and is very good, this takes nothing away from him. But this is still LeBron James we are talking about. James can take over a game and take it to another level while bringing his teammates along.

This is a guy who a year ago nearly won Finals MVP on the losing team — something only jerry West has done. He is not quite at that level this series, but he is still very good and doing a lot of everything for the Cavaliers.

In the Finals, James is averaging 24.8 points per game, 11.0 rebounds per game and 8.3 assists per game. He is shooting a 51.2 percent effective field goal percentage. He is having a good series.

Yet, many people believe he is not. That is a credit to the defensive work the Warriors have done in slowing the ball down. Take out one of those good defenders and give LeBron James that much more space and ability to attack.

James will get his numbers and could still determine how successful Cleveland is attacking Golden State.
