89.
Original pick: Jabari Parker

Two in a row? Yes, two in a row.

Keeping Jabari Parker in this slot isn’t as easy of a decision as it was for Andrew Wiggins, but context is important here. Parker appeared in only 25 games as a rookie due to knee surgery, and that certainly provides cover for Milwaukee when discussing his performance when compared to his peers.

At the age of 21, though, Parker did string together a very nice year in 2015-2016, averaging 14.1 points and 5.2 rebounds per game while shooting 49.3% from the floor. His upside will be limited to a degree if Parker is unable to develop a three-point shot (25.5% career to this point), but the former Duke star is likely best suited as a “small ball” power forward that can use his physically gifted frame and quickness to the best of his ability.

Because Parker is paired with Giannis Antetokounmpo in Milwaukee, the pressure is off to some degree, as Parker can play second fiddle in some respects. At the same time, he is fully capable of exploding in year three, and Milwaukee should be relatively pleased with their investment of the number two overall pick in the 2014 draft.
. PF. Duke.
