28. player. 66. <p>After filling out their front court with their first two selections in the first round, it’s time for Phoenix to find another wing who can play alongside Devin Booker on the perimeter. St. Joseph’s DeAndre’ Bembry is a nice compliment to Booker because while he lacks much in the way of an outside shot, he’s a solid defender and excellent offensive playmaker .</p> <p>In three seasons with the Hawks, Bembry made just 31.2 percent of his 385 three-point attempts and shot a porous 62.8 percent from the foul line. While it will take significant work for him to develop into even a reasonable jump shooter, he should be able to contribute offensively in a number of other ways. In particular, Bembry is a strong facilitator from the wing, averaging 4.5 assists per 40 minutes with an assist rate of 24.1 percent all while turning it over on just 11.2 percent of possessions last season.</p> <p>Defensively, Bembry has the potential to guard multiple positions and even did battle with some of the Atlantic 10’s smaller power forwards, but he doesn’t yet play with the type of consistent effort a team would like to see on that end.
