High Value OF

Shin-Soo Choo-Texas Rangers (3,100): Choo has played well since returning from his injury going 3-10 with a double, homer, five walks and a stolen base.  He’s an on-base machine who is still discounted due to his long layoff, but if he’s back at or near the top of the potent Texas lineup he’s a great play tonight in St. Louis. ∗∗

Trayce Thompson-Los Angeles Dodgers (3,000): Thompson went yard again last night giving him 11 long balls on the season–four of which have come this month.  So far in June, Thompson is 13-50 (.260) and has earned an everyday role hitting  in the middle of the Dodgers’ lineup.  He’s a nice play tonight at home against Zach Davies and the Brewers.

Kevin Pillar-Toronto Blue Jays (2,900): Pillar came through in a big way for my FanDuel daily picks last night going 3-5 against the Phillies and hitting a pair of home runs to drive in three.  He started the season dreadfully on offense, but he is heating up in June including going 12-31 (.387) over the past week with four homers.

Angel Pagan-San Francisco Giants (2,600): Pagan is fresh off the DL like Choo and a good bargain as a result.  He came off the DL early and has gone 4-9 in his last two games with two RBI, three runs scored, and a pair of doubles.  Pagan will most likely be back in the Giants lineup tonight in Tampa.
