Mike Conley. 4. player. 211. . Point Guard. Memphis Grizzlies

Mike Conley is a top free agent point guard, and the Spurs would be a much better team if he was on their roster. The only issue is they have a future Hall of Famer playing point guard for them already, even though he is on the decline slope of his career.

Tony Parker has led the way for the Spurs for the last 15 years, starting for the team since he was a 19-year-old. He is royalty, and the Spurs are notorious for being loyal to their players. Conley would expect to start wherever he signs, so the Spurs would have to make a tough decision either way.

Adding Conley would be an obvious upgrade over Parker, as he is a better defender at this point, and his youth would provide a nice transition to the future. Parker would have to take a bench role, and though he is a team player, there is no telling how he would react to that kind of request.

Conley makes the Spurs a better team tomorrow, and he could learn a lot from a player like Parker. He has said going to the Spurs worries him because Parker is there, so it will be interesting to see how this one plays out.

Though younger than Parker, Conley is already 28 years old, and he will need to start thinking long-term if he wants to win a ring in his career.
