High Value OF

Cameron Maybin-Detroit Tigers (3,100): With J.D. Martinez injured, the Tigers have looked to Maybin to help fill the void on offense, and the 29-year old has filled in nicely. Maybe has login 8-20 (.400) over the past week and is hitting over .300 for the month and for the season.  He has hit safely in each of his last five games and almost always seems to produce something for your fantasy team from his #2 spot right in front of the Cabrera/V.Mart heart of the lineup.  Maybin is a safe play tonight against Jake Odorizzi if he hits in that spot once again.

Rajai Davis-Cleveland Indians (3,000): Davis has put together a nice month of June so far going 25-80 (.313) with a pair of homers and 14 runs scored.  He went 2-4 from the leadoff spot in yesterday’s series finale in Atlanta, and tonight he’ll return to Toronto where he played for three seasons from 2011-2013.

In his return, he’ll take on R.A. Dickey who he has gone 5-11 against his ins career with a pair of doubles and an RBI.  The Tribe will use his speed against the knuckleballer as well if the veteran leadoff man can get on base.  Davis is a great value at this price tonight.

Steven Moya-Detroit Tigers (3,000): Another part of the Tigers’ play to replace J.D. Martinez has been Steven Moya who has stalled in with four homers in his 17 games for Detroit and is hitting .355 (11-31) so far this month.  Moya homered yesterday in his return from a knee issue, and he will be in a place to produce again tonight against the Rays. Maya has more power potential than his teammate Cameron Maybin, but he hasn’t been quite as consistent.

Matt Szczur-Chicago Cubs (2,000): Since the Cubs are facing another lefty tonight with Steven Matz on the mound, they’ll probably give Matt Szczur another start.  He went 1-7 with a double and a run scored on Tuesday and 1-4 with a walk, RBI, and run scored on Wednesday.  The Chicago outfield has been so crushed by injuries lately that Szczur has been one of their better options which should again be the case tonight in New York. If you have to go cheap, he’s a great bargain flier.
