1. Bismack Biyombo

The Los Angeles Lakers need a center in free agency and their might be no personally more fitting of Hollywood than Bismack Biyombo. In the Eastern Conference Playoffs, Biyombo had his coming out party and showed that he can be a dominant center in the NBA.

His performances anchoring the paint allowed the Raptors to steal some games away from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals. Essentially, having a guy like Biyombo because of his age would allow him to grow and develop with the young players in Los Angeles.

A pairing of him and Julius Randle would make it tough on teams trying to enter the paint and his love for the theatrics on the court would make him a fan favorite instantly.

The new niche of center in the league is a player that doesn’t have to worry about scoring but grabbing rebounds and blocking shots.

Biyombo is getting even better at it and he’s just 23 years old. He doesn’t get talked about like the other free agent centers, but he could end up being a steal.

This is a value signing and the Lakers need to try and go after him.
