Top 10 MLB All-Star Games of all-time

4. 2010 All-Star Game
The National League were entering the 2010 All-Star Game with a 13-game winless streak bringing added extra fire to the game with homefield advantage on the line. A night dominated by pitching from the National League finally ending one of the longest losing streaks in the history of the event.
A Robinson Cano sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fifth gave the AL the lead in a low scoring night, putting the thoughts in the minds of the NL of another year with a loss in the All-Star Game and homefield advantage in the World Series going back to the AL.
Instead of another meltdown, the NL finally came up with the comeback they had been waiting 13 years by rocking Phil Hughes to start the top of the seventh inning before loading the bases for a bases clearing three-run double from Brian McCann that would kill the streak, putting an end to American League dominance at the All-Star Game.
Because of the high stakes in this game, the 2010 All-Star Game stands out as one of the best in recent history as the narrative of the AL’s superiority over the NL was finally vanquished in a close game that finally went their way at long last.
