WWE Battleground Rumors: Sasha Banks’ mystery partner revealed?

With just a few hours left before WWE Battleground, we might finally know who the mystery partner for Sasha Banks is

WWE Battleground is Sunday night and one of the matches we’ll see features WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte and her partner Dana Brooke taking on Sasha Banks and a mystery partner. Up until this point there has been a lot of speculation and rumors as to who the partner for Banks might be, but now we might know just a few hours before the show.

According to a report from PW Insider, Banks’ partner on Sunday night in this tag match will indeed be none other than Bayley. Well, that’s at least the most recent plan.

Tuesday night following the WWE Draft, there were a lot of people pretty upset that Bayley was not one of the six NXT call-ups, but according to the report, this was actually done on purpose. They held the professional hugger out of the draft entirely so that she could show up on Sunday night as a major surprise and garner a monster reaction from the live crowd in attendance. Needless to say, the people are going to lose their minds when they hear that music hit in Washington D.C.

Of course, with Bayley chasing the NXT Women’s title at the moment once again, many will be wondering whether or not this is a full-time main roster call-up, which it probably is. She will just have to pull double duty for the next month or so.

But for now, let’s just all be grateful that we will more than likely see Bayley on Sunday night at WWE Battleground.
