Here’s everything you need to know to watch the 2016 Rio Olympics Canoe and Kayak Sprint events finals for Thursday, August 18.

The 2016 Rio Olympics canoe and kayak sprint events continue Thursday, with four more competitions slated for final round action. The men will compete for their medals in three different events. The women’s kayaking singles competition will also come to a close.

The men’s kayak double 1000m gets the competition started on Thursday, as Portugal’s Emanuel Silva looks for his second medal in as many games in the event. Silva won the silver medal with Fernando Pimenta at the 2012 London Olympics, and will be racing with a new partner in 2016. He and Joao Ribeiro will be facing a loaded field, including Serbia’s Marco Tomicevic and Milenko Zoric, who posted the fastest time in the preliminary round on Wednesday.

In the second final of the day, the men head to their canoes to battle it out in the men’s canoe single 200m. The man to watch is Brazil’s Isaquias Queiroz dos Santos, who had the fastest time in the semifinal round on Wednesday. Dos Santos won a silver in the Men’s canoe single 1000m already in Rio, and is the favorite to win on Thursday.

2012 London Olympics gold medalist in the men’s canoe single 200m, Yuriy Cheban, was unexpectedly eliminated during the semifinals on Wednesday, and will not be able to try for a repeat.

Final number three of the day will be the men’s kayak double 200m, which could see the 2012 London Olympics bronze medalist team of Liam Heath and Jon Schofield earn the gold. The duo from Great Britain had the fastest time in the semifinal round on Wednesday, and appears poised to take home the top honor in 2016. During the preliminary round, Spain’s Saul Craviotto Rivero and Cristian Toro Carabello had the fastest time, earning an automatic bid to the finals.

The final event of the day could be the most exciting, as New Zealand’s Lisa Carrington looks to sweep the gold in the women’s kayak single events at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Carrington has already won gold in the Women’s kayak single 200m, and is one of the favorites to win in the 500m final on Thursday. In order to do so, she will  have to beat Hungary’s Danuta Kozak, who won the gold medal in this event in 2012.

Another huge name to watch in this final is Azerbaijani’s Inna Osypenko-Radomska, whose time in the preliminary round was the fastest time of the day. Osypenko-Radomska won the silver medal in this event during the 2012 Games, though she was representing Ukraine at the time.
