Head Coach. Jacksonville Jaguars. Gus Bradley. 23. player. 52.

Gus Bradley doesn’t have a ton of experience as an NFL head coach, but he was in the conversation for head coaching gigs for quite a while before he landed in Jacksonville. As the defensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks, Bradley turned a soft bunch into one of the greatest defenses the sport has ever seen.

Despite his defensive-minded strategy, it’s the Jaguars offense that is catching everyone’s attention, and they are definitely on the up and up. An up and coming team, a great location and a pretty good football coach, you’d think Bradley would be a little higher on this list.

However, everyone ahead of Bradley on this list has something he is lacking: quirky character traits. Bradley is the every-man. But few people in the world are truly interesting (sorry world), and the same is true of NFL head coaches. Some of them are just more entertaining, for better or worse, and Bradley is not one of them.
