10. Fenway Park

While the TD Garden might also be harboring spirits from the afterlife, there is no sports stadium in New England more likely to harbor ghosts than Fenway Park, home to the Boston Red Sox.

Constructed on an odd parcel of land, Fenway features three distinct elements in its one of a kind outfield. Right field has a ridiculously short porch, with Pesky’s Pole roughly 300 feet from home plate; center field goes on forever with the ominous element of The Triangle; and then there’s the most famous wall in the country: the Green Monster.

If any inanimate object in sports is haunted, then it’s got to be the Green Monster. It’s big, it’s, um, Green and it must look downright spooky to visiting batters. And Boston’s batters, for that matter.

Maybe the Yawkey Family, Ted Williams or really any passionate Bostonian sports fan could spend a day at the park at Fenway from the afterlife. While Chicago’s Wrigley Field is iconic in its own right, the amount of big games played at Fenway over the years makes it the most sacred stadium in MLB. There’s nothing like a playoff game at Fenway Park.
