4. Carlos Bacca

Perez is a potential bargain, but no striker currently on the market represents better value for the Gunners than AC Milan’s Carlos Bacca. The Colombian may be 29, but he’s one of the most consistent finishers in Europe.

Bacca’s goals helped fire Sevilla to back-to-back UEFA Europa League titles before he joined the Rossoneri in 2015. He’s still finding the net with aplomb, bagging a hat-trick in Milan’s recent 3-2 win over Torino in Serie A, according to Squawka.

The same source highlighted just how efficient Bacca was in front of goal:

That ruthless streak is typical of a striker who thrives running between the lines and who comes alive whenever he gets a chance. Bacca isn’t the cleanest finisher, but he’s prolific and the master of the scrappy goal.

Arsenal still have a chance to land Bacca after he rejected West Ham, according to Sky Italia, per Solhekol. The Gunners were linked with Bacca in July, per a report from Julian Cardillo of Gazzetta World adapting an article by Nicolo Schira of La Gazzetta dello Sport.
