A number of problems are hounding the Green Bay Packers at outside linebacker. First is age. Julius Peppers is 36. Clay Matthews just turned 30. Then there is the fact both could be facing suspensions for violating league policy in regard to PED investigations.

After them the best options are Nick Perry and rookie Kyler Fackrell. Not the most sturdy-looking group. This team has put off finding a future mainstay at outside linebacker for a long time and 2016 may show them the wait must end next offseason.

Charles Harris comes from a long line of quality pass rushers to come out of Missouri. The classic 3-4 outside linebacker type, his game is built around speed, athleticism and explosion off the edge. Rushing the quarterback and playing aggressive are his game.

Some will raise concerns about his light body weight (235 pounds) but he should be able to put on a few pounds. Until such time he might be a liability against the run. Green Bay will start him as a situational rusher but given enough time he can become that next multi-tool in the Dom Capers defense.
. OLB. Missouri. Charles Harris . 25. player. 49
