2. player. 53. <p>The first responsibility of the Cleveland Browns moving forward is not to find a quarterback, contrary to popular belief. Their first job is to make the roster as talented as they possibly can. This is a “team” after all and it’s clear they’ve done a poor job of bringing in good players over the past few years.</p> <p>One of the most noticeable problems they’ve had in that time is finding a true pass rusher. Barkevious Mingo was a colossal flop and pricey free agency Paul Kruger was decent but hardly a game-changer.</p> <p>If they want to ignite the defense, that’s the position they need to get their ace. Myles Garrett would be that guy. He is easily one of the most talented young pass rushers in college football. He delivered 11.5 sacks for Texas A&M in 2015 and already had one against UCLA in the opener against some solid blockers.</p> <p>He has that coveted mix of size, explosion, power and bend that makes him difficult to handle because he can win in different ways.
