13. Chicago Bears: Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State

Leonard Fournette is incredible, but he is not the only elite running back prospect in this draft class. With an incredible combination of balance, quickness, and power, Dalvin Cook is a franchise NFL running back in the making.

The Bears currently seem happy with Jeremy Langford at the running back position. However, he does not have the raw ability at the position of someone like Cook. The Bears may have other holes, but it would be difficult to find a player who would make a larger impact than Cook.

14. Baltimore Ravens: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson

Mike Williams returned to the field after missing the 2015 season this past weekend. In his debut game against Auburn, Williams brought in nine receptions for 174 yards. He is set to have a massive season for Clemson in 2016.

A big and physical target who shows elite-level athleticism, Williams would be a fantastic addition to the Ravens’ offensive mix. They are not exactly loaded with talent at the WR position, making Williams a number one receiver candidate for Baltimore.

15. New York Giants: Tim Williams, EDGE, Alabama

The Giants have always made impact pass rushers on the defensive line a priority. They signed Olivier Vernon to a massive free agent contract this offseason, but Jason Pierre-Paul is only signed to a one-year deal.

With that in mind, landing an impact outside rusher like Tim Williams would make a ton of sense. Also, landing Williams at number 15 would be a fantastic value.

16. Jacksonville Jaguars: Roderick Johnson, OT, Florida State

Roderick Johnson is raw, but his combination of power and athleticism at the offensive tackle position is incredibly exciting. He shows fantastic pass protection upside and can certainly open up holes in the run game as well.

Kelvin Beachum has taken over as the Jaguars’ left tackle. He certainly has a chance to be a strong starter for the Jaguars, but Johnson has the potential to be special.
