Buffalo Bills wide receiver Marquise Goodwin burned New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis for an 84-yard touchdown.

The New York Jets and Buffalo Bills both came into their Thursday Night Football game with a loss on their records. With neither wanting to be the team that drops to 0-2, they both tried to deliver their best punch early. The Jets would strike first with a long drive that ended in a field goal.

After the Jets’ defense stopped the Bills on the first two plays, it looked like they had them where they wanted them. That’s when Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor aired out a deep ball to speedster Marquise Goodwin, who burned Darrelle Revis for 84 yards down the sideline.

After a poor week by Revis against A.J. Green last week, this was not how he wanted to start this week. There have been questions about whether or not age is finally catching up to him. Now, lots of people have been burned by Goodwin, but this was just yet another bad showing from Revis.

What was more impressive was Tyrod Taylor’s ability to put that football where he needed it to be. He stood tall in the pocket and had all the time to throw it.
