3. Michigan Wolverines

Across the country, people know of Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor as The Big House. The Michigan Wolverines play in one of college football’s most iconic and beloved venues. Regardless of record, Wolverine fans pack The Big House like they are forever the No. 1 team in the nation.

Cold-weather might keep some college football fans at home in late November, but that has never stopped Michigan football fans from cheering their hearts out for the Wolverines. Michigan has a proud history as one of the sports’ premier programs all-time. The Wolverines have won more games than any other school in Division I history.

Since Michigan has been a national power for generations, there are people all over the United States that love Wolverines football. Though they haven’t achieved the on-field success like they did under Bo Schembechler, Michigan looks to be on the rise against under new head coach and former Wolverines quarterback Jim Harbaugh.

Michigan is what every Power 5 team strives to be: a football brand that is too big to fail. The school sells itself to top recruits annually. Harbaugh’s recruiting has gone on to rival the top-tier programs in the SEC. Michigan is the epitome of a Big Ten blue-blood and its fans are an important part of that.
