2. Tennessee Titans (via L.A.)

That trade with the Los Angeles Rams already looks utterly brilliant by the Tennessee Titans. Not only did they get another first-round pick out of the deal, but they got the No. 2 pick overall. It’s the equivalent of doubling down on tens and getting Blackjack on both. No doubt the Rams look like a lost franchise at the moment after their 21-0 humiliation in San Francisco. It doesn’t look like it’s going to get better either.
Failing to sack Shaun Hill despite facing a rather average Vikings offensive line was the ultimate indication of how limited the Titans pass rush is. Jurrell Casey, Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan are decent players in that regard but none of them are the true blue chip type of presence that will demand the attention of opposing offenses. If Dick LeBeau wants to get this defense to the next level, they must have that.

It’s almost a universal consensus that Myles Garrett is the best pass rusher in the country. With good reason too. The Texas A&M stud is big and strong like a defensive end, but also boasts the speed, quickness and agility to make a seamless transition to outside linebacker. He can rush from a variety of different angles too, outside or inside. A creative defensive coordinator could give opponents fits with that kind of player.
. OLB. Texas A&M.
