3. Jimmy Butler

The Chicago Bulls finally gave up on Derrick Rose. Now it’s up to Jimmy Butler to run the show in the Windy City instead. Only time will tell if bringing Dwyane Wade and Rajon Rondo on board was a good idea, and floor spacing may well be this team’s downfall. But if Butler can push this group deep into the playoffs he will dispel a lot of criticism and solidify his place as one of the best two-way players in the league.

Even a strong regular season might be enough to silence all the chatter over the summer about how the Bulls can’t shoot. Don’t look now, but the post-Rose era might not be all that bad.
