25 college football coaches you want to party with
By Brad Weiss
24. Mark Richt
Mark Richt is just a good guy, and he is currently coaching at his Alma Mater. After being mostly a backup quarterback for the Miami Hurricanes during the late ’70s and early ’80s, Richt went into coaching. He got his first job under Bobby Bowden, and it would springboard him into a solid career as a head coach.
For 15 seasons, Richt was the leader of the Georgia Bulldogs. Widely regarded as one of the best coaches in the game, Richt was eventually let go by the Bulldogs, and the Hurricanes quickly grabbed him. Back home in Miami, Richt is trying to rebuild the program, and is the right man for the job.
Richt also looks like he would be a fun guy to party with, as he has shown his fun side yearly during his Paradise Camp. This past summer, Richt took to the diving board, doing back flips with the campers. He has a fun-loving side and seems like he would be awesome to hang out with.
While things may not get too crazy partying with Richt, it would certainly be a good time. He’s a huge draw in South Beach, and grew up in the area, meaning he knows the good spots to go to. He may not get too drunk himself, but he would definitely have the hook up in the top spots on Miami Beach.
