18. Kirby Smart

Kirby Smart was long thought of as one of the better assistant coaches in college football. As part of Alabama’s staff, Smart spearheaded a defense that brought numerous national titles. In 2016, Smart is finally running the show, and fans of the Georgia Bulldogs have to be very happy he is now their head coach.

Georgia has gotten off to a 3-0 start with Smart, who has done a nice job getting freshman Jacob Eason ready for SEC play. Arguably the biggest recruit in the nation, the freshman has shown poise under center, and coach Smart has handed him the keys to the car. Running back Nick Chubb is one of the best in the business, giving Georgia a pretty potent offensive unit.

Aside from being a great coach, Smart is also the ultimate prankster. Whether it’s a reporter, or his players, Smart is always quick to pull a fast one. Sure, he has the demeanor you would expect from a head coach, but he also knows when to keep it light.

Smart appears to be the kind of guy you could sit down with for hours drinking beers. He probably has so many stories from his time with Nick Saban, and I’m sure that includes a few rough nights out. He’s an absolute goofball, and partying with him must be tons of fun.
