23. Morgantown, WV

There’s a whole lot of nothing in West Virginia. However, if you get lost and somehow drive through Morgantown, you’re sure to have a great time. The Mountaineers know how to throw some exciting tailgates, but the fun doesn’t end there. Looking at some of the funnest college football we’ve seen over the past decade, a lot of it has come out of West Virginia from the likes of Pat White and Tavon Austin. In a state where not a lot is going on, everyone’s attention is on the Mountaineers and their athletic programs.
