Coby Fleener @ Chargers

After a slow start, Coby Fleener finally found his groove with Drew Brees and the Saints offense. Coming into fantasy football week 4, the early season bust is a must-start TE as he and the Saints travel to San Diego in a revenge game for Brees.

Brees started his career in San Diego working with Antonio Gates before signing with the Saints and making Jimmy Graham an elite fantasy option. His history of producing huge fantasy points with his tight end made Fleener one of the hottest sleepers coming into the season after the Saints signed him away from the Colts. Fleener started the season with a thud, but he and Brees finally clicked on Monday.

Against the Falcons, Fleener hauled in seven passes for 109 yards and a touchdown while being targeted 11 times. Willie Snead’s absence definitely helped him get more looks, but now that he and Brees are locked in look for big production going forward.

The Chargers are a great matchup for Fleener not only because of the revenge factor, but also because they struggle to defend opposing TE. No team in the NFL has allowed more receiving yards to opposing TE than the Chargers who have give up 282 yards on 23 tight end receptions. Only allowing one TE touchdown keeps them from leading the league in fantasy points allowed at the position, but Fleener is a great matchup to target in fantasy football week 4
