3. Deal with it and embrace Deflategate

If Brady really wants to get back at Goodell, all he has to do is embrace Deflategate. Own it, Tom, make deflategate your own. I want to see him at practice with a “Deflategate” T-shirt. If he wants to get crazy, he’ll even sell them on his website and really rub it in Goodell’s face.

How awesome would it be if Brady did this and donated the proceeds to charity? Talk about a win-win situation. When the money is going to charity, there is no way Goodell could possibly complain. He would receive such backlash from all angles that he would just have to accept it.

The only way to truly beat a bully like Goodell is to outclass him at his own game. It’s obvious to me that Goodell was bullying the Patriots because the NFL wasn’t harsh enough during Spygate when the Patriots illegally filmed opponent’s practices and Roger Goodell destroyed the evidence. Rumors spread that Robert Kraft and Goodell were in cahoots and their friendship was undermining his reign.

I believe Brady should totally own Deflategate and even trademark and copyright the phrase. A Deflategate T-Shirt during every press conference would be a huge blow to Goodell. Jab away Mr. Brady and don’t hold any punches, just remember how vigilant he was in his public prosecution of you.
