If you’ve already preordered Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, get ready to play it later this week because on Friday, October 14, the multiplayer beta will release first on the PlayStation 4. It’s safe to say that we’re very excited to try out the new entry in the very popular Call of Duty series.

Infinite Warfare has been getting a lot of hate because of the gameplay that some people have seen. This all started back with Advanced Warfare. This game introduced an entire new way to play Call of Duty. The game includes new ways of movement with jetpacks and it took a lot away from the traditional gameplay, which is the classic-boots-on-the-ground type movement.

They did the same thing with Black Ops III, which was a better mix of traditional/ jet-packing gameplay, but some people are still disappointed. Now, they’re doing the same thing with Infinite Warfare, which looks like a mix of Ghosts and Black Ops III.

Regardless, these games are still fun to play and at the end of the day, you can’t please everyone. If you’re still iffy on whether or not you want to buy this game, check out the new multiplayer beta trailer below. You can try it out just by preordering the game and then, you can make your final decision then.

Right off the bat, it’s evident that this is the most futuristic Call of Duty game to date. There’s a variety of new suits to play with, different ways to utilize the movement system, and, like always, a huge gun arsenal. One thing to note is the gameplay does seem much slower compared to the other installments, which will definitely make things interesting.
