College Football Rankings: FanSided Top 25 entering Week 7
There will be complaints about this pick but after my justification, you will agree.
Despite the loss from Air Force yesterday, I still have them in the poll and up a spot. I know that you shouldn’t reward teams for losing and this isn’t a reward. Near the bottom half of the FanSided Top 25, it’s just a pile of rubble as teams like Stanford, Colorado and North Carolina lost on Saturday which makes it harder to keep their spot in line.

As for Air Force, their Group of Five bid into the New Years Six, as long as they win out and beat Boise State at the end of November, they are in prime position. However, yesterday was a bit of a step back but not as big as some may think.
Everybody’s forgotten about West Virginia.
In some ways, it’s easy to forget about them, as most of the attention has gone to most of the southern-based Big 12 schools over the past few seasons. Now that West Virginia is now undefeated this season, it’s about time we start paying attention to the Mountaineers once again.
Quarterback Skyler Howard is finally living up to the hype so many people had given him when he first got to Morgantown. In 2016, Howard has already thrown for more than 1200 yards and seven touchdowns. This week it’s going to be fun, WVU travels to Lubbock to face the Texas Tech Red Raiders in a game that might total over 100 points.
