Tennessee has seen better days.

Those better days were not the last two Saturdays as the Vols lose a heartbreaker at Texas A&M and then this past week against Alabama, they suffer their biggest beat down of the season. Along with that, the Florida Gators have taken the lead in the SEC East. For the last few seasons, we’ve been waiting for the return of Tennessee. This was the season we were told Tennessee would be “back”, now here we are and Tennessee has done this again. Can they rebound?

When it comes to the group of five bid, the Boise State Broncos are right there with the Houston Cougars in grabbing that elusive bid. Saturday’s game against Colorado State had them flirting with disaster as Colorado made a furious 4th quarter rally but the Broncos survived.

This coming week they face a very interesting test as they host BYU in a game that could go a long way in determining the Broncos fate. If Boise State were to go undefeated in the regular season along with winning the Mountain West Title Game, you could give them a slight edge over the Cougars for that bid.
