2. Prayer answered

The Bengals seem to be trapped in a cycle of being really good in the regular season but never having any of that magic in the playoffs. We saw more of that on Sunday afternoon, when A.J. Green reminded us of how stupid good he is, despite the struggles of the Bengals.

Near the end of the first half, the Bengals decided to go for it all with a Hail Mary — as you do against a terrible Browns defense. As you’d expect, Cleveland found a way to screw it all up and fall victim to one of the best plays of the week.

1. Landon Collins sets sail in England

Unfortunately, the “best” football that the NFL could put on display for fans in London was a disgusting showdown between the Giants and Rams. As bad as the football was, there were still some moments that stood out as the best of the week. It wasn’t often — trust us — but Landon Collins did his best in attempting to give fans at Wembley something to be in awe of.

His first of what ended up being many forced turnovers by the Rams was one of the most acrobatic interceptions we might see all year. Collins went all out for this pick, and it helped keep the Rams in check from the start.
