Quarterback Blake Bortles and the offense didn’t find the end zone until the fourth quarter and the third-year signal-caller threw for one score but two more interceptions. All told, Gus Bradley’s club turned over the ball three times by game’s end. Jacksonville only managed 105 yards against one of the worst run defenses in the league and only totaled 16 carries, five of those by Bortles. It was a distressing from a team that had very high expectations in 2016.

Next Week: Bortles and company make the short trip to battle the division rival Tennessee Titans. But it will also be a short week for both teams as the game will be featured on Thursday Night Football. The Jaguars have lost two straight and are 1-4 in their last five appearances at Nashville.

Playoff hopes: The Jaguars are all by themselves in the AFC South basement and Sunday’s loss to the Raiders dropped their home record to 1-3 this season. Jacksonville’s offense really hasn’t found itself to date and that inconsistency is costing the team dearly. The playoffs certainly don’t look likely at this stage of 2016.
. 2-4. Previous: .
