26. Recap: The downward spiral continued for the Ravens, who dropped their second game at MetLife Stadium in eight days with an eight-point loss to the Jets. Quarterback Joe Flacco had a shaky day against a New York defense that has had its issues this season. He threw for 248 yards but was picked off twice. Baltimore’s ground attack totaled a miniscule six yards on 12 carries and the Ravens’ offense never reached the end zone. Make it four straight losses for this club following their now-deceiving 3-0 start. One bright spot was wide receiver Mike Wallace, who caught 10 passes for 120 yards in the 24-16 setback.
Next Week: John Harbaugh’s slumping club is off next Sunday. But Baltimore returns to action by hosting back-to-back divisional showdowns with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns – the latter who they defeated in Week 2 (25-20). After their mini-vacation, the Ravens will play four of their next five games at home.

Playoff hopes: They’re not looking great but it was a weekend that saw every team in the division lose, with the exception of the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite the losing record, the Ravens are just one game out of first place in the division and the next time they take the field they’ll see the Steelers.
. 3-4. Previous: .
