While the three other NFC South teams have won their last game, the Buccaneers lost in overtime at home against the Raiders. Despite the Raiders setting an NFL single-game record with 23 penalties, the Buccaneers could not take full advantage of the Oakland miscues. The Bucs are winless at home this year, and Jameis Winston looks like he needs another weapon on offense other than the unreliable Mike Evans. Not having Doug Martin did not help, and Jacquizz Rodgers left with an injury after rushing for 69 yards and a touchdown. A rough day is even worse when you fall in overtime to Oakland.
Next week: A short week for the Buccaneers is on the way with the Falcons flying in. Atlanta has won three games on the road this year, while the Buccaneers have lost all three opportunities at home. Look for Vernon Hargreaves against either Julio Jones or Mohamed Sanu, who had a major game for Atlanta.

Playoff hopes: A motley of tough games are on the way for Tampa Bay, including the Seahawks, Cowboys, Chiefs, Saints (x2) and Panthers. Jameis Winston has shown flashes of improvement, but he does not have the necessary help around him right now. Playoffs are still a tough thing to envision for the Buccaneers.
. 3-4. Previous: .
