Charlie Sheen trolls the Indians during Game 6
Actor Charlie Sheen decided to troll the Cleveland Indians for not asking him to throw out the first pitch during Game 6 of the World Series.
There has probably never been a World Series that has been all about first pitches, superstitions and seventh-inning stretches like this year. With plenty of tradition between the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians, celebrities and former players have been dominating the discussion. While everyone has referenced actor Charlie Sheen, the actor has been not called on to do anything by the team.
Sheen is known of course for his role as Rick Vaughn in “Major League” and the film has been referenced a ton during the World Series on social media. Well Sheen wasn’t happy about not being invited to throw out the first pitch and he decided to troll the Indians during Game 6, as the Cubs pummeled them early. Sheen sent out a tweet insinuating that this is what happens when they don’t invite him.
It’s yet another classic off-the-wall remark from Sheen. He’s known for saying crazy things and this bizarre tweet just goes to show that he’s quite the superstitious guy. The Cubs have been doing a great job of incorporating celebrities in their home games, but the Indians have opted for former players.
While Sheen is technically a former player in film, he is not one in real life. It would have been awesome to see him throw a first pitch, but this series has been great regardless. However, he believes that not bringing him in has created bad luck for the tribe.
